- SOCKS are required to enter our playground, please inform all your guests including adults.
- Please remember to bring your own cake supplies. This includes plates, forks and candles.
- Guests should arrive prior to the booking time but party tables will only be available at reserved time, eg, if party area is booked for 1pm - guests can arrive by 12 or 12:30 - food will be served exactly at 1pm. Guests are welcome to stay as long as they want after the party but only in the playground or non-reserved area.
- Only parents booking party can order more food, condiments etc. We have limited take out dishes so please bring your own if sharing leftover food with guests.
- When ordering meals for kids, parents can choose up to 2 types of meals, eg, Pizza & hotdogs (1/2 kids receive pizza, 1/2 kids receive hotdogs).
- Absolutely no outside food allowed, except birthday cake. This includes any popcorn, chips, snacks, noodles etc. If added in goody bag - please do not hand out until your guests are leaving. You may leave the bags at the front counter for distribution. It is the party booker's responsibility to ensure our rules are followed as we cannot allow any food or candy in the playground or on our equipment due to allergies and choking hazards.
- Your party will not be private. KIDZONE will still be open to the public and may be ending or starting another party during your party time. Your tables will be reserved for your party for 1 1/2 hours only.
- Playground will be semi-supervised. Parents are encouraged to join the children in the playground as much as they can. Any child or parent not obeying KIDZONE policies will be asked to leave immediately.
- Any extra siblings that attend your party will be charged on your invoice unless advised otherwise. Please inform your guests ahead of time on admission rates. You must advise KIDZONE prior to the party regarding any special arrangements.
- If opening presents, please do so in your party space and as time permits - if more time is needed, you must inform your party host immediately to see if arrangements can be made.
- $50 non-refundable deposit is required as soon as possible to ensure space is saved.
- Coin operated machines are not included in the packages.
- Please inform all your guests to park in a clearly marked parking stall around building #4351. All vehicles parked in a NO PARKING or LOADING ZONE will receive a parking violation ticket.
